Every season is an invitation to encounter Jesus.
Life unfolds in seasons. Some are marked by joy. Others by grief, waiting, or unexpected change. Yet in every season, Jesus invites us to know Him more deeply.
At Qavah Life, you'll find Christ-centered spaces to slow down, cultivate expectant hope, and encounter Jesus in every season.
Welcome to Qavah Life
There are seasons when life feels full of celebration.
And there are seasons when the path ahead is uncertain—when grief, waiting, disappointment, or transition leave us longing for something steady.
Qavah Life exists to create space for you in those seasons.
The Hebrew word qavah means more than hope. It describes waiting with eager expectation while being bound together with the Lord, like strands woven into a cord that grows stronger with time.
I believe hope is not found by escaping life's hardest seasons, but by encountering Jesus within them. As we remain rooted in His presence, He gently transforms our hearts, renews our hope, and forms us into His likeness.
Whether through coaching, spiritual formation, retreats, courses, or simply a quiet moment of reflection, our desire is the same:
To help people encounter Jesus and discover the hope that is found in Him.

The Hebrew word qavah means more than "hope." It carries the idea of waiting with eager expectation while being bound together with the Lord, like strands of a cord woven into something stronger.
At Qavah Life, that understanding shapes everything I do.
I believe that even in seasons of waiting, grief, and uncertainty, God is drawing us into deeper relationship with Him, cultivating a hope that is steadfast because it is rooted in His presence.
Why Qavah?
About Tabatha
For much of my life, I thought hope meant believing things would get better.
Through the loss of my firstborn son, seasons of waiting, restoration, and unexpected grace, Jesus has gently shown me something deeper.
Hope is not the absence of sorrow. Hope is learning to recognize His presence in the midst of it.
Qavah Life was born out of that journey.
A Gentle Invitation
You don't have to have everything figured out to begin.
Sometimes hope begins with simply remaining close to Jesus.
Whether you're navigating grief, waiting for what's next, or longing to deepen your relationship with Christ, you're welcome here.
